Comments:
this run turned into a progression run... I ran from the athletic center up roland and turned around, which is pretty much exactly 5 miles. Halfway was 2032 so I came back in 1845ish. mile splits were 806 753 748 738 and 719, but the last mile is very downhill. lets see how sore I am tomorrow...
