Had homework and work all day so unfortunately by the time I was able to go it was 6:30 at night and snowing. I did this one on Gilman track alone, there was an inch or two of snow covering it.

5xmile threshold with 1 minute rest. Usually aim for 5:30-5:35 on threshold so something around 5:40 would be fine given the circumstances. Hit 5:51, 5:40, 5:47, 5:49, 5:44. Went out way too slow on the first one, had to get a sense of the pace. My legs were getting real tired and not long into it but I managed to finish out my 60 mile week (2nd or 3rd most ever).
