Comments:
Jogged to track and did drills and 4x100m strides. Then did an easy 9 to Valley Green. Inside of my left ankle hurt, a definite sign I need to change my shoes, and my legs were exhausted toward the end. Couldn't find my watch, think I left it at Ian's.
