Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was going to do an easy run but, Hawtoff was doing them and asked me to do them with him, so I decided to do them with him. Felt pretty good. The 4th one was slow but that's alright. 1 minute rest in between intervals. I'm not sure which event i'm going to focus on this weekend. I might run the 5k and race it like a 2 mile and then see what happens. Or I might race the 800 i'm not sure yet. I'll probably run at least 2 events either way.
