Comments:
This was a crazy day.

1) 2-mile warm-up on the indoor track.
2) 1 1/2 sets of 8 200s, until the lacrosse team kicked me off the track.
3) 3 miles on the elliptical.
4) 2.74 miles through Gambier

The 200s were good, I felt fine and got good speed each time (about 34 sec on average). I didn't realize the LaX team was going to take over the track right at 4, regretfully.
