Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warm up to the track then drills and 4x100m strides. Did the last 3 strides in my new spikes (although they didn't actually have spikes in them). Hit 14 low and 13 low for the last 2 strides and didn't feel like I was really straining for either one. Ran back to the house to drop off my spikes then did an out and back to Wises Mill Road. I was happy to keep the mileage low today.
