Tempo Run

Weather: nice

Fairly flat route with one downhill and a very gradual uphill. First mile was very fast, around 5:25 with like a 75 first quarter (yikes! forgot how to pace myself) then about a 6:00 second mile followed by a 5:50ish or so third mile (this mile had the downhill). So yeah, kinda painful by mile 3 but felt good to be able to go fast again.
