Weather: indoors, treadmill, warm

Comments:
Ran on treadmill to mix it up. 1 mile warm-up, then 3 miles on 7% and 9% slope with 1 minute speed intervals separated by 1-2 minute intervals of slower running or jogging. Ended with 1/2 mile cool-down on 9% slope. It was good to do some speed; I get bored with just longer runs.
