Comments:
Pretty cold and windy, not very enthusiastic for this Saturday morning workout but it ended up going well. 5x1600 at 5k pace with 3.5min rest. The first rep felt awful I struggled to run a 5:07, next one felt a little better and then i started to warm up a little and was able to close down the last reps well. 5:07, 5:07, 5:05, 5:02, 4:56. I'm feeling better about my fitness now. starting to come back to where i should be. Also felt very good injury wise. got to make sure to recover well.
