5xmile all around 5:05-5:08 w/3:30 rest. struggled hard today, dead last out of the entire group on most reps. not sure what was going on (sleep? nutrition? calf?), but the legs just weren't responding today, so I decided to just push through and make it a mental workout. can't let a bad workout phase me though, as I know I obviously just PRed only 7 days ago, so the fitness is still there. 2 weeks 'til the big one.
