Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nice run--felt strong through most of run--especially last half. Worked a bit but mostly stayed relaxed. Ate 2 chews around 3.5 in, which definitely seemed to give a boost. Rested Friday and Sat. Not intentional but made a big difference.
