Truth be told, I wasn't sure how to pace myself during this workout. So I aimed for consistency after I ran a 5:21 and felt pretty good about it. Looking back, I should have dropped about ten seconds each time.

Regardless, I liked this workout. It's a rare thing to run timed miles in practice, but it's something I really want to do more of a couple times a week.
