Workout was 10 horseshoes with 2 minute rests, which are a bit over 100m I'd guess. Ran this with Jacob. I thought it would just be a good sharpening workout that wouldn't take much of a toll, but doing so many full-out springs left me sore for the next couple days. Hopefully I'll be fully recovered by WMCs (which have been moved to Monday in anticipation of tomorrow's storm)
