Long Run

Exercise Type: Run

Nice weather for a long run. First 9 with Mike and last 6 alone. Estimated where the 4 mile to go mark was and picked up the pace there. It turned out to be exactly 4 miles. Last 4 miles were about what I want race pace today and it felt effortless. Very encouraging. My legs felt very good today and never really tired out. The cardio struggled a bit for the last couple miles.
