Comments:
Had a review session this evening, so I had to work out early on my own. In all, I think it went ok. Started out with 2x8 minutes at 5k pace on MLK. Hit even 6s, but I could have gone faster if it weren't due to the wind, or if I'd had people to run with. Ran back to Veale and did the 6x150m on the track. Those were pretty good, stayed on pace perfectly, varying between 23 and 24 seconds each.
Due to time restrictions, I had to hold off on the lift and ice bath until tomorrow.
