Comments:
This was actually the best workout. Following some egging-on from Coach, I did what I could to keep up with the front runners of the pack. It worked out much better than I expected: probably averaged 64 or 65, and ended on a 61.
After a lot of these workouts, I find myself able to stand upright after the end while everyone else is leaning over, huffing and puffing. It's weird; it seems like a good indication that I could go harder in the workout. Or it's a good sign. I'm not sure, really.
Also, great prep for the 4x4 relay on Saturday!
