Comments:
Ok.... So maybe I'm still a little more sore than I was hoping! Ran to the stoplight, then did Sweeney Circle on the return journey. All in all pretty bad. Legs were sluggish, got kind of lightheaded. But it was due time to at least get a few miles in.
