Did a boxing workout:
On the Minute, do 10x Pushups w/ gloves on, 10x russian crunch. Heavy bag punching for remainder of minute. 15 minutes.
Kept getting interrupted cuz first the hook broke that was holding the bag up, then the top of the bag busted open so I had to do some ductape surgery on it.
Then did Drop set Bicep Curls.
10 Reps of each: 70#, 60#, 55#, 50#, 45#
Then up, 7 reps of each: 45#, 50#, 55#, 60#, 65# 70#
