Comments:
1600, 4 min, 4x1200 (3 min), 1600 on track off of 5 hours of sleep and a lot of congestion. plan was just to make goal 5k pace (around 4:48)feel as comfortable as possible, and I did just that, which was great. 4:50, 3:35, 3:36, 3:36, 3:39 (fell off a bit), 4:50. this felt great with almost no sleep, and once I lace up the spikes it'll feel even better, so i'm looking very much forward to busting out at conferences.
