Serious I pace on the track today: 1600 (4min rest), 4 x 1200 (3min rest) 1600. I ran 4:58, 3:43, 3:42, 3:41, 3:41, 4:53.
Very tough today. I'm pretty happy I got through this honestly I need to not psyche myself out I feel like I'm better shape than I expected to be at this point. still got to be careful with my body so prolly keeping Wednesdays off.
