Comments:
2nd place finish for boys, for which we got sweatshirts. Won my race in 2:02 mid or high. Was happy with my strategy, stuck behind gonzaga for 2 laps, made a move with 350 to go and widened the gap from there. My various little injuries felt pretty good, and I was wishing I'd done the mile. Didn't really strain in the 800. After cooling down for a bit, I did two 300m pickups on the track with 500m recovery between, to have some speed work since I missed the 200's and don't feel like I've done anything in the past week and a half. These were 44.0 and 43.1 - happy to be able to beat my 800 pace on them
