Comments:
3x200 @ R 3x 500 w/ 100 jog and then 300 all @ R. Felt really good today- died a little on the 3rd set and knee hurt a little but felt like I finally had some speed back. Also my 1st workout with Carey... a day to remember forever. Cooldown includes rest inbetween sets
