Comments:
did intervals of either 1.5 mins with a faster speed(4:50)or 2+ mins starting at a slower speed but building up. recovery time was while clayton did his thang. bauer just stood there and adjusted the speed and incline. legs started burning a little bit the first couple of segments but didnt get too bad towards the end. the distance logged for the workout probably is not too accurate.
