Comments:
My first run in six months. Out of shape, I had been in a gym for six months nearly and put on 20 pounds. I got exponentially stronger, but lost any running ability I had. This was really depressing, so I came back to running. I really don't think I'll ever deviate from running again. Anyways, first run was short and long. My pace was off like my breathing, cramps developed early. Shin splints kicked in after the first mile, and it ended soon after. At least I'm back...no matter how far I have to go to get back to where I was. I will get there, and far beyond once I do.
