Comments:
Tough progression run on the Bells Mills Road loop. It was sleeting/snowing the whole run but the roads were staying pretty clear so I was able to roll pretty good. The only slow part was Forbidden Drive, which was really soggy and muddy from all the rain/snowmelt we've had recently. I started off at 6:40 pace and worked down to 5:32 pace for the last 3 miles. The time was fast, faster than last week, but it didn't come easily. I was working really hard at the end. I think next time I'm going to keep it a little easier.
