Comments:
good run at buehler, went a bit longer on each lap to get real 3. ended whole run at bridge (end of first loop in clearing) 1st loop was quicker but still felt rather relaxed. started 2nd loop and went right down to a 6:00, romel dropped off after 4, and i held the pace for the rest of the run. pace still felt very much manageable except at the very hilly part towards the end
