Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Arrrgh. Weird workout.
Set One: fantastic. Averaged 33. Felt great.
Set Two: perfect. Averaged 32. Couldn't have felt better.
Set Three: horrible. Averaged 35. I felt fine going into the set, and we ran the first 200 normal. Then, in the span of three seconds, my heartbeat accelerated to a rapid pace and I felt completely spent. I was mostly afraid of passing out. Going into the set, I was expecting to hit 31s. It may have had to do with my congestion the past couple days.
Whatever. Onward to Saturday.
