Long Run

Comments:
Didn't plan on going for my long run today, but I finally had people to run with for a little while so I was able to do 35 minutes with Krista and Nichole. That part of the run went by really quick, pace was definitly a little slower though but it felt nice to run with people for a little while, and legs were feeling good so ended up adding on 45 minutes by myself. For some reason the whole run went by really quick, and it felt like the shortest 10 miles
