Blackwater Tempo

Comments:
Ran Khristina's 40 min. tempo with her. At 15 min.I didn't think I was going to make it back. At 19 min, I had the wonderful idea to stop for 2 min and wait for her to turn around after a couple min. So I had 2x19 minute tempo lol. Pushed well mentally through discomfort.

Jacy started with us but did a shorter workout plus some speed at the end.
