1.5M warm-up, 1.25M cool-down
20 min tempo went 3.75M in 20:13. Went 5:29, 5:23, 5:19, 4:02. Laps were 84,85,80,80,80,80,81,82,79,80,80,80,80,81,81. Felt pretty good, strated to get a little tired at the end but I could have gone 6M at the pace.

Finished off with 6x200m at Rpace (33) w/ 200m jog recovery (33.8,33.5,33.2,33,33.4,33.7).

Overall a really good run.
