Comments:
Did a pretty tough workout today, we did 3x400m/300m/200m. We ran a 400m then had 1 minute rest then did a 300m and then had 30 seconds rest before running another 200m and then we had 3 minutes rest in-between the sets. Overall it went pretty well. I was getting tired towards the end of the 2nd set, and my right leg was getting tight but I still hung on for a decent last set as well. This was the first time we had done a workout like this but it went well. I worked out with Isaac, Caleb, and Sam (David did the first set). Should be ready to go for conference.
