Weather: real nice, sunny and 51
Comments:
Bad track workout, total throwaway. Did a solo workout of 3x600 with 2 minutes rest then 4 rests of 500-300 with 45 between reps and 90 between sets. I haven't done speed in almost two weeks and I sure felt rusty. My legs just didn't respond well today but these days happen from time to time.
