Feeling Good Again

Six miles down. It felt great. The eight miles last run was hard, it was forced. Today was easy, it was a fluid motion that lasted for an hour. This is why I love running. I left the house and escaped into a world where I'm all alone. It's me and the road. It's me vs. myself. There's no one there pushing you but yourself. You have to constantly fight through the pains of blisters and cramps begging you to stop. And then with a smile acknowledging the pain you push harder. This is what training is all about. Not many people can actually understand the highs of running, they are amazing. I can't wait to run tomorrow.
