Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
warm up to track then drills and 6x100m strides. I pushed the first four strides pretty hard in 14 high, 14 mid, 14 low, 13 high. Then I did a couple easier ones in 15 mid - 15 high. During the run I felt a little tired from the strides.
