Weather: mild, high 50s

Comments:
Dropped girls at Yoga and squeezed in a quick run. Felt decent for the first half and decided to keep a deliberately brisk pace. Dorset to Crescent past Wisc and back past Ch Ch elementary and down Conn Ave. As I got off the Crescent I began to feel awful... Lack of a good lunch?, fatigue catching up, sugar high fading? All in my head? Kept pace and threw in a few strong striders over the last few blocks, but would have preferred to feel good. splits on the Crescent were all a hair under 7:00pace. No school today for mid-winter break.
