Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We did 6x300, then 4 mansion hills.
I was supposed to be going mile pace for the 300's but everyone was just going at a controlled but faster pace. I felt good, so I went.
Mansion hills killed though. Oh well, it's making us stronger.
