Comments:
Ran in the elite mile at gvsu wit da big boyzz. Got out in 65, 800 in 2 11 or so and just couldnt keep it. Was pumping my arms and lifting my legs but just dont feel like i have the speed. Okay though. Did a 70/90 drill in the 3200. Was just a tad off on each one. Hard to get the speed going
