Really good first day back. Cranked out the first two miles in 12:56 by accident. I just felt really good. After that I slowed down intentionally to about a 7:20 pace because I didn't want to do anything dumb on the first day back. The last 4 miles were also mostly uphill. On the healthy scale i'm at about 95% and I think i'll be completely better soon. Only complaints during the run was some knee pain and tightness in my legs. Both of those are because I haven't run in a week. Overall very good run.
