Shit! Hurt calf and had to turn around and walk back!

Weather: 1600: Cold but not too windy.

Comments:
Adoo and I went to Flint Hill. After running about 1.5 miles, my right calf very painfully tightened up. After trying to massage and stretch I decided that more running may be dangerous, so I turned around and walked back. Still hurts three hours later...
