Ran the hills with Kim. Felt great. Kim seems to be getting stronger too. : )
Still feel the pain at the start of the run in my right hip. I think it is connected with my L4 disc in my back. Have dealt with a disc problem since i lifted weights wrong in '94. I will go to Martha next week. She is the best of the best as a therapeutic practitioner.
