Comments:
Solid workout today. 8x1 minute @ mile pace, with 1:1 recovery, followed up with 4x200 accelerations. The most accurate way to describe it was sort of fartleky, but not quite. Went really well. I stayed consistent, my legs were solid, and was able to keep from hurting myself, which is always a plus.
