Set of 8x45lbs warmup
3x8 with 55lbs work sets, felt good, feeling the improvements coming. gotta aim for 4-5 sets next monday. 3x8 flys w/ 25lbs, then 20lb cable flys with proper form this time with dropset for the last set. got a good pump going, fatigued the shit outta the forearms and grip.
