Have to start somewhere. 2.25 mile warmup, ran to SUCO's track. 10x200s on the track with 200 jog in between each. Wind was really strong but everything felt really easy but didn't push it: 43, 43, 43, 42, 41, 41, 41, 40, 39, 39. Then did 30 minute cooldown back up college terrace to Hartwick track
