This weekend was a bit crazy. Just too busy for my taste. I found myself with an hour between the HS meet and a meeting I had to go to, so I squeezed in a Big Run. I really wanted to go for a long run, too - that would have been really nice. I'm feeling good though. Physically, I'm prime. It's the mental stuff that's difficult.
