Comments:
I liked this run. I just wish I got over my nerves and went harder. My 400 times were around 59, 60, 61, 60 - not terribly shabby for the day after a race. The highlight of the day was the cooldown: so nice and long that I couldn't remember the workout at all. The sprinting was just flushed out of my mind. What a good feeling.
