Comments:
run #1 new shoes
Rain for mile 1.
Some hot spots and numbing for the first 2 mi. Then fine. Toe #8 (1-10 from left to right) was very sore after.
Not sure if a stiffer midsole would protect from sharp rock. Lots of shale here.
