Exercise Type: Run

Weather: nice a little hot but not bad and started raining at the end

Comments:
Ran a mile warm up then ran first 800 had active recovery by jogging 400 meters to the next 800 point then would run that and jog 400 for recovery and then last 800 and just did the 400 recovery and and continued into a cool down which came out to 1.75 miles to equal 2 miles with the 400 included...
