did 8 w/ david and ethan who left early. upping the mileage back to where it should be.. but the legs feel a bit broken.. maybe a week easier is what i need.
was gonna lift legs to get those teardrop quads but the cold left my knees hurt so i did AbDomination instead. alternating the decline crunch with leg raises, drivin the hips to engage the abs. then went upstairs to set the obliques on fire.
