Comments:
12-16 200's @ pace pace pace fast. I decided to do the shorter end of the workout because it's my first workout and second day running since my week off. I felt alright. There was some joint pain but nothing that bad. I averaged 33-34's on the pace ones and hit 30, 31, 30 on the fast ones. The fact that I only felt mediocre today and I was hitting faster times then I was during indoor tells me that i'm at least very close to being healthy.
