Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Running in a snowstorm is interesting. Sometimes the wind is right in your face and you can barely move forward, and other times you find yourself moving faster without any extra work.
My run felt like a lot of the former, not much of the later. But looking at my mile splits, I went faster than I felt like I was going. The run actually felt great - maybe I've lately had so many bad runs in bad weather that a good run in bad weather feels amazing in comparison.
Long story short, good run.
